1. Acceptance
By downloading or using SortFlow (the “App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. The App is published by an independent developer (“Developer”, “we”). Contact: apps.contact.supports@gmail.com.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, decompile, or reverse-engineer the App.
3. Content & ownership
The game, its levels, and artwork are the property of the Developer. Levels are generated procedurally for your personal entertainment.
4. Account-free use
The App does not require an account. Your progress and settings live on your device. We cannot recover them if you uninstall the App or switch devices, except purchases restored through Google Play.
5. Ads
The App is supported by ads served by Google AdMob. By using the free version you agree to see ads. Rewarded ads are optional. Ads can be removed via in-app purchase.
6. Paid features
The App offers in-app purchases through Google Play Billing, such as a one-time “Remove Ads” purchase and consumable hint or coin packs. Prices are shown before you confirm. One-time purchases are not subscriptions and do not auto-renew. Consumable items (coins, hints) are non-refundable once used and have no real-world value.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not use the App to violate any applicable law.
- Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, tamper with, or attempt to manipulate purchases or progress.
8. Age rating
SortFlow is intended for a general audience. By using the App you confirm you may do so in your jurisdiction.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, arising from your use of the App. Total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the App. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia (the Developer's country of residence), without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, unless a mandatory consumer-protection law in your country gives you the right to a local forum.
