1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Relic Revival (the “App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. The App is published by Carthage Studio (“Developer”, “we”). Contact: apps.contact.supports@gmail.com.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, decompile, or reverse-engineer the App.
3. Content & ownership
The game, its artwork and its museum are the property of the Developer. Relics are generated procedurally for your personal entertainment. They are fictional objects and are not depictions of, or claims about, any real artefact.
4. Account-free use
The App does not require an account. Your progress and settings live on your device. We cannot recover them if you uninstall the App or switch devices, except the “Remove Ads” entitlement, which can be restored through Google Play.
5. Ads
The App is supported by ads served by Google AdMob. By using the free version you agree to see interstitial ads after an appraisal resolves — never during a wipe. Rewarded ads are always optional and shown only when you choose to watch one. Forced ads can be removed via in-app purchase; optional rewarded ads remain available to you afterwards.
6. Paid features
The App offers a single in-app purchase through Google Play Billing: a one-time “Remove Ads” purchase. The price is shown before you confirm. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and does not auto-renew. In-game coins are earned through play, cannot be bought, have no real-world value, and are not redeemable for cash. The App sells no randomized items and no loot boxes.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not use the App to violate any applicable law.
- Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, tamper with, or attempt to manipulate purchases or progress.
8. Age rating
The App is intended for players aged 13 and over. It is not directed at children under 13.
9. Availability & changes
We may update, change, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time. Procedurally generated content and game balance may change between versions.
10. Disclaimer & liability
The App is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and without depriving you of the protections of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.
