By downloading or using Cascade (the “App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. The App is published by an independent developer (“Developer”, “we”). Contact: apps.contact.supports@gmail.com.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, decompile, or reverse-engineer the App.
The game, its artwork, and its orb skins are the property of the Developer. Boards are generated procedurally for your personal entertainment.
The App does not require an account. Your progress and settings live on your device. We cannot recover them if you uninstall the App or switch devices, except the “Remove Ads” entitlement, which can be restored through Google Play.
The App is supported by ads served by Google AdMob. By using the free version you agree to see ads. Rewarded ads are optional. Ads can be removed via in-app purchase.
The App offers a single in-app purchase through Google Play Billing: a one-time “Remove Ads” purchase. The price is shown before you confirm. This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and does not auto-renew. In-game coins are earned through play, cannot be bought, have no real-world value, and are not redeemable for cash.
Cascade is intended for a general audience. By using the App you confirm you may do so in your jurisdiction.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, arising from your use of the App. Total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the App. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia (the Developer's country of residence), without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, unless a mandatory consumer-protection law in your country gives you the right to a local forum.
