By downloading or using Wallio (the “App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. The App is published by an independent developer (“Developer”, “we”). Contact: apps.contact.supports@gmail.com.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, decompile, or reverse-engineer the App.
Wallpapers are provided by third-party image services (such as Wallhaven, Unsplash, Pexels, and Pixabay) under their respective licenses. Each image remains the property of its photographer or contributor. The App displays attribution where required by the source.
The App does not require an account. Your favourites and settings live on your device. We cannot recover them if you uninstall the App or switch devices, except purchases restored through Google Play.
The App is supported by ads served by Google AdMob. By using the free version you agree to see ads. Ads can be removed via in-app purchase.
The App offers a one-time “Remove Ads” purchase through Google Play Billing. The price is shown before you confirm. This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and does not auto-renew.
Wallio is intended for a general audience. By using the App you confirm you may do so in your jurisdiction.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Images are supplied by third parties and we do not warrant their availability, accuracy, or fitness for any purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, arising from your use of the App. Total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the App. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia (the Developer's country of residence), without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, unless a mandatory consumer-protection law in your country gives you the right to a local forum.
