Scrollia (the “App”) is a fiction-reading app (original Romance and LitRPG novels), published by an independent developer (the “Developer”, “we”, “us”). Contact: apps.contact.supports@gmail.com.
This policy explains, in plain language, what data the App handles and why.

We do not collect: your name, email address, phone number, contacts, SMS messages, calendar, location, microphone audio, or photos. The App has no sign-up or login.
Free chapters may show banner, interstitial, or rewarded ads via Google AdMob. Rewarded ads (to unlock a chapter) are always optional. Ads are personalised only where you allow it. In the European Economic Area, the UK, and Switzerland we show a consent prompt before serving personalised ads. You can disable ad personalisation in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads) or remove ads via in-app purchase. The reading screen itself is kept free of banner ads.
The App is intended for users aged 17 and over. Some novels contain mature themes. The App is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Your reading state and settings live on your device and are removed when you uninstall the App or use Settings → Reset App Data. We do not hold a server-side copy of your personal content. For any request, email apps.contact.supports@gmail.com; we action verified requests within 30 days.
If you are in the EU/UK (GDPR) or California (CCPA/CPRA), you have the right to access, delete, and object to processing of your data, and to withdraw consent. We do not sell personal information.
Chapter files are delivered over HTTPS and stored on your device in encrypted form. Purchases are validated by Google Play directly — we never see your payment method.
If we materially change this policy we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the App.
