By downloading or using PawPulse (the “App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. The App is published by an independent developer (“Developer”, “we”). Contact: apps.contact.supports@gmail.com.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, decompile, or reverse-engineer the App.
Pet profiles, weight logs, reminders, and notes you enter belong to you and are stored on your device. Symptom guidance is general information produced by an AI model and is not a diagnosis.
The App does not require an account. Your pet records live on your device. We cannot recover them if you uninstall the App or switch devices, except purchases restored through Google Play.
The App is supported by ads served by Google AdMob. By using the free version you agree to see ads. Ads can be removed by subscribing.
The App offers an auto-renewing subscription through Google Play Billing. The price and billing period are shown on the purchase screen before you confirm. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in the Google Play subscriptions panel; cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next charge. A free trial, if offered, converts to a paid subscription at its stated price unless cancelled beforehand.
PawPulse is intended for a general audience. By using the App you confirm you may do so in your jurisdiction.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that any guidance, reminder, or estimate is accurate or appropriate for your pet.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any harm to a pet arising from reliance on the App. Total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the App. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia (the Developer's country of residence), without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, unless a mandatory consumer-protection law in your country gives you the right to a local forum.
