Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

PawPulse (the “App”) is a pet health tracker, published by an independent developer (the “Developer”, “we”, “us”). Contact: apps.contact.supports@gmail.com.

Health & safety disclaimer. PawPulse is not a veterinary or medical device and does not provide veterinary advice or diagnosis. Any guidance is general information only. For any health concern about your pet, always consult a licensed veterinarian. In an emergency, contact your vet or an emergency animal hospital immediately.

We do not collect: your name, email address, phone number, contacts, SMS messages, calendar, location, microphone audio, or photos. The App has no sign-up or login.

4. Ads

The App may show banner, interstitial, or rewarded ads via Google AdMob. Ads are personalised only where you allow it. In the European Economic Area, the UK, and Switzerland we show a consent prompt before serving personalised ads. You can disable ad personalisation in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads) or remove ads by subscribing.

5. Notifications

If you enable reminders (medications, vaccinations, check-ups), the App requests permission to send notifications. You can revoke this at any time in your device settings.

6. Children

The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

7. Data retention & deletion

Symptom text is sent to the Gemini API to produce guidance and is not retained by us afterwards. Your pet records and settings live on your device and are removed when you uninstall the App or clear its data. For any request, email apps.contact.supports@gmail.com; we action verified requests within 30 days.

8. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

If you are in the EU/UK (GDPR) or California (CCPA/CPRA), you have the right to access, delete, and object to processing of your data, and to withdraw consent. We do not sell personal information.

9. Security

Network requests use HTTPS. Purchases are validated by Google Play directly — we never see your payment method.

10. Changes

If we materially change this policy we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the App.
