By downloading or using MyCar (the “App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. The App is published by an independent developer (“Developer”, “we”). Contact: apps.contact.supports@gmail.com.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, decompile, or reverse-engineer the App.
All vehicle records, photos, and logs you enter belong to you and are stored on your device. The App provides tools to organise this information; it does not claim ownership of your data. Reports, reminders, and the drive score are informational estimates, not professional mechanical or financial advice.
The App does not require an account. Your records live on your device. We cannot recover them if you uninstall the App or switch devices, except purchases restored through Google Play. We recommend exporting important records where the App provides that option.
The App is supported by ads served by Google AdMob. By using the free version you agree to see ads. Ads can be removed via in-app purchase.
The App offers a one-time “Remove Ads” purchase through Google Play Billing. The price is shown before you confirm. This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and does not auto-renew.
MyCar is intended for a general audience. By using the App you confirm you may do so in your jurisdiction.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that any estimate, reminder, or drive score is accurate; you remain responsible for your vehicle's maintenance and safe operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, arising from your use of the App. Total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the App. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia (the Developer's country of residence), without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, unless a mandatory consumer-protection law in your country gives you the right to a local forum.
