Terms of Service

MathCam — Effective 4 June 2026.

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using MathCam (the “App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. The App is published by an independent developer (“Developer”, “we”). Contact: apps.contact.supports@gmail.com.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, decompile, or reverse-engineer the App.

3. Content & ownership

Step-by-step solutions are produced by an AI model and may contain errors. The App is a study aid, not a guarantee of correctness. Photos you submit belong to you; you are responsible for having the right to use them.

4. Account-free use

The App does not require an account. Your settings and recent solutions live on your device. We cannot recover them if you uninstall the App or switch devices, except purchases restored through Google Play.

5. Ads

The App is supported by ads served by Google AdMob. By using the free version you agree to see ads. Ads can be removed by subscribing.

6. Paid features

The App offers an auto-renewing subscription through Google Play Billing. The price and billing period are shown on the purchase screen before you confirm. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in the Google Play subscriptions panel; cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next charge. A free trial, if offered, converts to a paid subscription at its stated price unless cancelled beforehand.

Refunds are handled by Google Play under Google's refund policy. We can support a request you submit to Google, but Google makes the final decision.

7. Acceptable use

8. Age rating

MathCam is intended for a general audience including students. By using the App you confirm you may do so in your jurisdiction.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that any solution is correct or complete.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any academic or other outcome arising from reliance on a solution. Total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the App. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia (the Developer's country of residence), without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, unless a mandatory consumer-protection law in your country gives you the right to a local forum.
