By downloading or using MangaVerse (the “App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. The App is published by an independent developer (“Developer”, “we”). Contact: apps.contact.supports@gmail.com.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, decompile, or reverse-engineer the App.
Manga titles, cover art, descriptions, and related metadata are the property of their respective publishers and creators. MangaVerse provides discovery, tracking, and links to official or authorised sources; it does not host, store, or distribute copyrighted manga content. When you choose to read a title, you are directed to a third-party source that is responsible for that content and governed by its own terms.
The App does not require an account. Your tracking list is stored under a randomized identifier and your settings live on your device. We cannot recover on-device data if you uninstall the App or switch devices, except purchases restored through Google Play.
The App is supported by ads served by Google AdMob. By using the free version you agree to see ads. Ads can be removed via in-app purchase.
The App offers a one-time “Remove Ads” purchase through Google Play Billing. The price is shown before you confirm. This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and does not auto-renew.
MangaVerse is intended for teen and older audiences; some titles may reference mature themes. By using the App you confirm you may do so in your jurisdiction.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Title metadata and third-party links are provided without warranty of accuracy or availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, arising from your use of the App. Total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the App. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia (the Developer's country of residence), without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, unless a mandatory consumer-protection law in your country gives you the right to a local forum.
